GameTech Announces Annual Filing of Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Results with the SEC

RENO, Nev. (January 29, 2010) -- GameTech International, Inc. (“GameTech” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GMTC), a leading designer, developer and marketer of interactive electronic bingo equipment, bingo systems, video lottery terminals, and slot machine equipment, has filed it’s annual results with the SEC on Form 10-K at approximately 2:31 p.m. Pacific time, with a filing date of February 1, 2010. The Form 10-K Annual Report can be accessed via the internet on Monday, February 1, 2010 at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern time, and includes information about GameTech’s financial position and results of operations for the fiscal year of 2009.  

GameTech International’s Annual Shareholders’ meeting will be on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at the Company’s headquarters in Reno, Nevada.  The Annual Report to Shareholders and proxy materials will be available no later than middle of March 2010.
