GameTech Announces Fiscal Year 2008 Financial Results

RENO, Nev. (January 30, 2009) -- GameTech International, Inc. (“GameTech” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: GMTC), a leading designer, developer and marketer of electronic bingo equipment, bingo systems and video lottery terminals, 2008 Annual Report to the shareholders and its From 10-K will be posted on the internet on Friday January 30, 2009, at approximately 3:00 p.m. Pacific time.  The Annual Report will include the annual letter to shareholders and other information about GameTech’s financial position and results of operations.  

GameTech International’s Annual Shareholders’ meeting will be on Wednesday April 1, 2009 at the Company’s headquarters in Reno, Nevada.  The Annual Report and proxy will be available no later than March 2, 2009.
